I bought these to share with family at Christmas but decided I just had to eat one. Now I'm NUTS for Nut Goodie Bars! The box won't last until Christmas. Where have these been all my life?
In 1955 I was 5 years old and considered old enough for my own XMAS Nut Goodie. They were too expensive to have often, but mom got everyone in the family 1 Nut Goodie each for XMAS. Then we would wait all year to have another. The finest candy ever made. Even after I went away to college, I would always make it home for XMAS to get my Nut Goodie. To now be able to buy my own case of them, I must be incredibly wealthy!! Died and gone to heaven!! I give each of our kids (now in their 30s) a Nut Goodie every XMAS!
Thank you for still making them available
Been buying them for years then they quit selling the Nut Goodie Bar in our area so we started ordering the Nut Goodie Bar on line. We know we won't run out now...
Pros: Anyone that has ate them it won't be your last, Their great!
Cons: Nothing negative for me to even think of.
This is super stuff! Remember them from childhood and they are better than ever. Sorry they do not have national sales but they are so good the factory could not keep up with the demand if they were everywhere~!
Pros: Great flavor combinqation
Peanuts and nougat is super
Cons: Hard to find!
I've been around a few years and have watched some of my favorite candies change. But Nut Goodie Bars are always the way I remember them to be. The chocolate is smooth and the maple cream filling is to die for. Add the peanuts in for crunch and I nearly swoon when I eat one. I'm so glad candystore.com carries this delicious candy.
