But that won't stop your kids from going nuts over them.

However, we're happy to help facilitate the madness by sharing this awesome St. Patrick's Day greeting card template. Signs like this sell for $50 or more in some shops but you can make your own for less than half that by following a simple set of instructions. 10. Pot of Gold Printable

If you have a lot of friends you need to treat on the cheap this holiday then you need this awesome Pot of Gold printable card template in your life. 13. Leprechauns Live Here Modge Podge Sign

We both know that leprechauns don't really live at your house, but sometimes it's nice to pretend. And if you're going to be incredulous this St. Patrick's Day, you might as well do it with this awesome homemade Leprechauns Live Here sign. Fair warning– this project requires a decent amount of crafting gear. You need a Mod Podge stencil set, a Silhouette cutting machine and a laminator to do everything exactly as it's shown in the tutorial. Even if you don't have all the recommended equipment, though, you can probably come up with a pretty awesome workaround. We have faith in you.

14. DIY Gumball Machine

Why spend money on a gumball machine when you can just make your own with this awesome St. Patrick's Day tutorial? All you need is a fish bowl and some cheap terracotta pots and saucers to pull this one off. While this particular gumball machine build takes two days to complete, we think that's completely fair considering how awesome it is. The finished product will make an awesome decoration as well as a reusable dessert table centerpiece for all of your St. Patrick's Day parties to come.

15. Lucky Golden Stones

Nobody wants to receive rocks on St. Patrick's Day – unless, of course, those rocks are covered in gold. These super-creative Golden St. Patrick's Day Stones are an excellent and easy gift to give this holiday.
