Our 50th class reunion for DeVilbiss High School, Toledo, OH was this past weekend. The place where we had our dinner made the recipe of peanut butter cookies we used to purchase for 5 cents in the cafeteria. I remembered that the cafeteria also sold peppermint sticks for a penny a piece and they were so good,. I thought I would try your mints because the description fit the bill. When I received and took them to the reunion meeting they were everything we remembered down to the double wrapping. What a hit they made, people wanted to buy what was left (which was very little).
Pros: Soft, very creamy and very minty.
I love strong peppermint and it's really been hard finding something that has that real peppermint bite rather than too much sweetness. Well look no further. This is real peppermint flavor in a delicious, melt in your mouth creamy stick. Not too big, not too small, just satisfyingly right.
Sure glad a friend gave me a couple of these. I'm now hooked!
These creamy mint sticks have a strong, refreshing mint taste thanks to the oil of peppermint used. These are great as an after dinner mint when wanting to change the taste from your meal (especially fish) in your mouth. What I like about CandyStore.com's Creamy Mint Sticks is that they're soft and easy to break. The taste is so good I like to break a stick in thirds as that is all I need at one time since the flavor is so strong. This makes the candy last a lot longer. I used to order these Creamy Mink Sticks from a different catalog in a smaller box but they always arrived hard so it was difficult to break them up. So it was great to find that from CandyStore.com nice and soft.
Pros: strong mint flavor, refreshing, soft and easy to break
GREAT PEPPERMINT CANDY!
Pros: PACKAGE/FLAVOR/LONG LASTING
Cons: WILL SELL MORE IF YOU WOULD HAVE IT IN ONE (1) POUND CONTAINERS
Have a hard time finding this any place but the Jersey shore. Having it shipped to me at the great ACandystore prices is MUCH cheaper than the gas to get to the shore.
Pros: PRICE, PRICE, PRICE!!!
Cons: Don't know when it was manufactured for bulk sales, as it's not a creamy as what I buy at the shore, but PRICE trumps creamy!!
Price per pound $9.60
