Since 1922, Charleston Chew candy bars have been giving candy lovers their sugar fix with a winning combination of ingredients. The first of this famous candy bar brand were named for the dance which was famous at the time the Charleston Chew was created.

It's unlikely to see many people doing the Charleston these days, but you still see many snacking on the candy bar it inspired! Our chocolate Charleston Chew is a slightly different take on the original recipe. The first version included a solid bar of vanilla taffy that was smothered in a luxurious layer of chocolate.

New flavors were introduced in the ‘70s, including our irresistible chocolate Charleston Chew. This candy bar is made the same way however instead of a vanilla center it is filled with chewy chocolate taffy. Our bulk Charleston Chews are the easiest way to get many full sized candy bars for events, holidays and casual snacking!
