Back in the 50s and 60s, wen you could find Flipsticks at any general store or pharmacy, they were called Lipsticks. Of course, that limited their sales mostly to girls, so the company changed the name to accomodate boys as well. They come in a number of flavors, but they're all based on caramel nougat taffy at the center, making them a delicious treat. Girls can still smear them on their lips like lipsticks, and boys can chomp them like candy cigars. Either way they're great fun as well as sweet.
